Not long now to our club track session at Manchester. A big thanks to all 25 victims who’ve signed on the dotted line. Hopefully I have e-mailed info on the trip to all going, but if anyone has any last minute queries please give me a call on 07815 141 161.
I’m sure Graeme, our coach, who has generously volunteered his services to knock us into shape, will make it a great session for all. Thanks and good luck Graeme!

Based on the success of the last trip I have reserved a two hour Club Session on Saturday 20th April 2013 from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.
Manchester velodrome
Same format as last time, 2hr session with a velodrome coach and suitable for both novice and experienced trackies. Cost wise, with a minimum of 16, it will be approx. £16 each plus £10.80 bike hire if required. If more go cost per head reduces accordingly.

Thanks to all who have signed up – 11 of us so far. So still a few places left!!
Looked a bit doubtful at one point if this session would happen, but the Club has saved the day and kindly contributed £75 towards the costs. A big thankyou to John Gott and Peter Roughton for this. With the 11 of us going this now works out at £26 each including cost of hire bikes – although shoes are £4.80 extra if required.

Derby Loop this week – 9.15 Heanor Market Place.
New Time and Date of Saturday 30th June 6.00-8.00pm
Unfortunately to date we have only six signed up for the trip on the 27th May. I am hoping this is mainly due to the late time slot of 8.00-10.00pm on a Sunday evening putting people off.

On Sunday 1st April there is a 103km Audax ride (Charnwood in the Spring) starting at Trowell and heading into Leicestershire. Myself and a few guys (not club members) have entered and thought it may be a suitable route for the club run. Entry fee is £4 but need to register 2 weeks before the event if interested. Details at;
