Senior cyclo-cross ride out
Don’s starting his cyclo-cross ride out this Thursday evening – it’s the perfect opportunity to brush up your cyclo-cross skills before the season starts – details are on the Calendar (listed as Off road riding).
NOTE: These are not Go-ride coached sessions and as such are not suitable for unaccompanied youngsters without prior discussion.

Club Run 15th December
Sorry about the tardiness in posting, been a manic week at work combined with sorting stuff out for my impending house move!
Run out to Southwell/Bleasby roughly 60 miles. Meet at Heanor Market Place at 7:30am. Please drop a comment below if you plan on joining us so that we know not to leave without you if you’re running late.

Club Run 24th November
Trip out to the Vale of Belvoir. Quick route through the centre of Nottingham and back through East Bridgford and Oxton. Possibly meeting up with a few WBCC riders as we go through West Bridgford.

The weather is looking to be over cast but thankfully temeperatures aren’t dipping too low so that we encounter slippy roads like last Sunday.
The long range forecast is showing a turn to cold temeperatures towards the end of the month. So I will keep an eye on the forecasts and make a decision late in the week as to whether to plan a road ride or maybe an off road ride dependant on the forecast.
Early Sunday Club Runs
Unfortunately both Geoff and myself are unavailable this Sunday (3rd November) so no early club run. The 10th and 17th November I’m working at 11am so I’ve planned a couple of short rides meeting at 7:30am at the Market Place:

I’ve been going on the odd evening MTB ride on Monday and Thursdays with Josh Housley and Nick Fry meeting at the Horse and Groom in Moorgreen at 7pm. We tend to ride along the canal paths and around Shipley Park. Can post when heading out if people are interested?
