Watt bikes

British Cycling’s Dean Hughes is bringing the Watt bikes to tomorrow night’s session … so if you fancy a challenge!!

Bring your clean bikes (road or cyclo-cross with smooth tyres) and rollers/turbos as usual … for warm up.

Your kit bag needs to contain a towel, your bottle and your cycling shoes … you can stash your hat and your joggers/leggings in there while you spin … no bare legs or cycling shoes to arrive or go home please!

The Watt bikes will be back 14th January and 11th February.
