Sam and Ben on finish line

Heanor Clarion members Sam and Ben are taking part in this years East Midlands Junior Triathalon Series. As such they raced in the first event The Mark Tanton Memorial Triathalon in Northampton on Sunday. Ben had a great debut in the Tri start category finishing an overall 6th with 3rd place in the bike section. Sam also had a great race in his second year in Tristar 1 finishing 17th overall from 68 competitors with the bike section being his strongest posting 7th fastest time!!
