Myself and a few members of WBCC are planning to ride 205 miles on Bank Holiday Monday 5th May. The ride is a challenge devised by Raleigh to honour endurance cyclist Tommy Godwin who rode over 75,000 miles in a single year –

The route is still to be finalised but is likely to start in West Bridgford heading south to Peterborough then heading north to Skegness and back to West Bridgford via Lincoln and Newark.

It would be nice to have some fellow riders from the club join us on the ride. or maybe even support us en route. If not, it would be very much appreciated if you could donate to Cancer Research for whom I am undertaking the ride to raise funds for after a few friends have been affected by the awful illness recently –
