Another good ride today with plenty of hills to keep the heart rate up and a great descent of the Via Gellia. It wasn’t too chilly either and we even got a bit of sun towards the end. By the way, the nice lady at Ripley A&E said the black bits that didn’t want to come out weren’t gravel – they were crispy bits of lycra. Nice. The stabilisers go back on tomorrow.
