    Thanks for organising and leading the first ‘steady’ club run.
    Adam and myself really enjoyed it. Adam is really pleased he completed
    just over 80 miles – good job he carbo loaded at the cafe stop!
    I have uploaded the run on Garmin Connect – unfortunately it froze at the cafe
    stop, so it’s saved as 2 separate routes as Heanor Clarion Steady Ride 13.11.2011
