“Indoor training sessions every other Thursday at Lower Highfields School gym (Starkholmes Rd)
Time – 7 to 9pm
Cost £2 per session

All ages welcome

Bring your own rollers or turbo (preferably rollers) and a drink.

Training indoors can be a great way to improve skills, increase fitness and have a laugh with your mates, all in a safe, dry environment.

The benefits of roller training are:

  • Improves pedal stroke
  • Develops ability to spin at higher cadence (faster)
  • Improves core stability
  • Will develop a quick, useful pre race warm up routine, great for cross, road, MTB or track.

The dates for the roller training sessions are:

Nov 3rd and 17th
Dec 1st and 15th
Jan 5th and 19th
Feb 2nd and 9th (consecutive weeks)
March 1st, 15th and 29th
